FAQ

What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is an oven bake modeling material composed of polymers, resins, coloring agents and fillers. It is not a natural clay, but a man-made clay made from a plastic, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) base.

My Earrings have a little bend and malleable movement to them. Help!
Do not fear! Some polymer clays cure with some flexibility. Polymer clay is plastic after all. Don't worry, this is totally normal, and an interesting aspect of the clay. If the pieces are left out in the heat, they can sometimes become even more bendable. Which is normal, and they aren't "uncuring", I promise. I advise you don't actively go around bending them, because you might accidentally catch a whim of super human strength and break them. No one wants that!

When will I get my order?
While I strive to have a quick turnaround, I am just a one-woman show! Please expect a week before orders can be shipped out. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Oh no! My item arrived broken! What can I do?
I am so sorry. Sometimes things happen. If this happens to you, reach out to me with a picture and we'll get things taken care of, whether we send a whole new pair from the shop in the same price range or make a replacement pair.

How do I clean my earrings?
Makeup, dirt, and oils can definitely build up on anything you wear, but don't worry, we can clean that! If a little soap and water (please avoid contact with the hardware to avoid tarnishing) isn't doing the trick, simply grab the rubbing alcohol under the bathroom sink and some cotton swabs and gently rub away that icky dirt.

Will you make anything other than earrings?
Yes! Necklaces are in the works! I will only make something that I would wear myself, and I'm very picky about necklaces. I'm testing many different styles and types. I'll update my social media with different processes. Be on the look out!

Do you do custom orders?
Although I appreciate the idea, this is my art. Every piece has thought and heart behind it and I want it to stay that way. Custom orders often put too much pressure and expectation on me as an artist, so for now, no custom orders.
