The definition of "cornerstone" is "a stone that forms the base of a corner of a building, joining two walls." When a customer purchases something from me, that item then becomes a cornerstone; connecting two hearts, two stories, two lives in a very big world.
Hello! My name is Lauren!
I started working in polymer clay in 2017 and it has quickly become my favorite medium. Accepting the quirks and imperfections of the clay is such a challenge sometimes, but that's how we should look at life. It's full of quirks and imperfections, but still so beautiful. The evolution of my creations blows me away with each and every small batch I craft. Watching my growth and watching others find joy in my creations is something I will forever be grateful for. I primarily make earrings, because that's what I wear! Earrings have a fantastic way of adding a POP to any look. This is my art, and I hope you find something that speaks to you.
Behind all of that, I am a wife and a fur-mom. I advocate heavily for a joy-filled life, despite grief and trauma. I love my coffee black, my home heavily honeysuckle scented, my candy sour, and my food home cooked. Sushi and mexican food are my comforts. Nothing beats laying in the sunshine and living in awe of the world around me. I love people, animals, and get really giddy over a cold glass of chardonnay.
